Rush Fare: Scheduled pickups that start 6:30am to 9:30am OR 3:30pm to 6:30pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation up to TWO HOURS before schedule pick up time. Any point-to-point cancellations made within two hours of scheduled pick up time will result in a charge of the cost of your fare or $150, whichever is less. Any chartered services cancellations within two hours of scheduled pick up time will result in a charge of the full reservation.
Additional Information: An additional flat fee of $5 may be incurred if toll roads are utilized.
Boutique Black Car Service reserves the right to charge passengers for a cleaning fee of up to $150. Any damages in or outside vehicle will be charged a damage fee of up to $1000.
Maryland and the District of Columbia law requires all passengers wear a seat belt while vehicle is in operation. Virginia law requires everyone under age 18 to be properly secured in a safety belt or child safety seat, however we strongly encourage all passengers to wear a seat belt. Max Passenger Count: 3. Boutique Black Car grants 30 minute grace period from the updated arrival time for domestic flights and 45 minute for international flights. thereafter, wait time will be charged at $1 for each additional minute.
For all other pickups a 10 minute grace period will be granted
